In response to stakeholder advice given during the development of the National Children’s Education and Care Workforce Strategy, ACECQA has developed a series of eLearning modules covering different aspects of the National Quality Framework (NQF).
The resources can be used by services as part of inductions and training, or by educators looking to gain a better understanding of the NQF, and include:
1. Introduction to the children’s education and care sector
2. Overview of the NQF
3. Law and Regulations
4. National Quality Standard
To access the modules online, visit ACECQA’s website.

Stay COVID-19 safe
Support will be available for services and families impacted by COVID-19 over summer and into 2023.
All children have an extra 10 allowable absences in the current financial year and families can access additional absences if they have used their annual allocation, in certain circumstances.
Providers may also waive gap fees and get the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) if a child is unable to attend care for one of three reasons.
More information on COVID-19 support in the new year is available on the Department’s website.
