Debt recovery (per enquiry)

• Review all initial materials
• Provide advice on strategy for recovery
• Draft letter of demand
• Draft statement of claim (or other originating proceeding) to recover debt
• Advise on next steps

Other enquiries (per enquiry)

• Review all initial materials
• Provide legal advice on enquiry (up to 8 hours' worth of billable time) and any steps necessary to protect the Service’s interests including strategy around communications (for example an appropriate response to regulators)
• Draft any necessary correspondence or documentation (up to maximum 20 pages)

Debt recovery (per enquiry)

• Review all initial materials
• Provide advice on strategy for recovery
• Draft letter of demand
• Advise on next steps

Other enquiries (per enquiry)

• Review all initial materials
• Provide legal advice on enquiry (up to 4 hours' worth of billable time) and any steps necessary to protect the Educator’s interests including strategy around communications (for example an appropriate response to regulators)
• Settle any necessary draft correspondence prepared by the Educator (up to maximum 10 pages)

All prices above include GST.

^*New legal service and debt recovery subscriptions are subject to a 2-week waiting period.
^{^} If the matter is a dispute between a service and an educator and both parties hold a legal service subscription, it is likely a conflict of interest will arise and Wotton + Kearney will be unable to provide the service to either party. In this event the member may elect to receive a pro rata refund or full refund (where service has not been accessed previously in that subscription period).
