National Award Winners Announced!

The National Winners of the 2025 Excellence in Family Day Care Awards were announced on Saturday 25 October in front of over 270 guests at the FDCA 2025 National Conference Gala Dinner, which took place at the Pullman Albert Park Hotel in Victoria.

In a night of celebration and a fitting way to end FDCA 2025 National Conference, FDCA was excited to announce that this year's National Award Winners are:

Educator of the Year

Annette Hutt, Far North Family Day Care Scheme, South Australia

Coordinator of the Year

Christina Lee, We Belong Family Day Care, Queensland

Service of the Year

Communities At Work Family Day Care, Australian Capital Territory
