Rhonda Livingstone is the National Education Leader and General Manager of ACECQA’s Leadership, Quality and Regulatory Support Group.
Rhonda brings a wealth of experience to this role, having worked in preschools, long day care centres and as an assessor, developer and deliverer of programs and services for both government and non-government organisations.
Rhonda has a long history of working in collaboration with family day care, particularly in the delivery of professional development and the monitoring and assessment of quality standards within family day care services.

Kerry is an Approved Provider of We Belong Family Day Care Services.
Recently retired as a Lecturer in Child Family & Youth Studies at Griffith University and is currently an Adjunct Research Fellow. Kerry has been involved in a wide range of research and projects focusing on listening to the voice of the child and co-developing the Circle of Change Revisited Model (COCR) an intentional conversation that is used to implement changes in service design and practice.
She is a Director on the FDCQ Board and is a passionate advocate for high quality education and care. Kerry has over 40 years’ experience in the education and care sector from grass-roots teaching, to staff management, consultancy and project management, presenter and writer.
