The National Engagement Program is an initiative of Family Day Care Australia to connect, consult and support the sector.
The program is delivered through face-to-face service and educator forums in every state and territory across the country, including several regional hubs. Each forum is delivered by Family Day Care Australia along with a variety of sector specialists.
The program content delivered at each forum will be tailored to educator and service audiences, and by jurisdiction, including consultation on key policy and sector issues, professional learning workshops, information sharing, networking and updates on new member initiatives.
The program provides a conduit between the grassroots of the sector and the national peak and will offer members the opportunity to inform the work and directions of Family Day Care Australia; providing a louder voice at the local level.
The National Engagement Program provides members the opportunity to network and engage with like-minded family day care professionals.
The National Engagement Program is part of Family Day Care Australia’s commitment to supporting, promoting and representing the family day care sector, and is an important re-investment into driving continuous improvement for our members.
Non-members are able to attend the forums at a cost of $60 for educators and $80 for services.
